Taveuni Restaurants

Resorts and Hotels in Taveuni usually have their own well-equipped bar and restaurant. However, if you are on a budget or backpacking holiday then there a number of local restaurants and cafes serving tasty meals. Most are clustered around the Matei area on the island's northernmost tip (which is also the location of the island's air strip.

Coconut Grove Restaurant

Drodralagi Restaurant

The Drodralagi (dron-dra-lahng-ee ... means rainbow in Fijian) is the restaurant at the Garden Island Resort at Waiyevo, about 35 minutes from Matei along the coastal road. Relaxing environment with warm and welcoming staff, the restaurant spills outdoors around the pool and is right on the ocean front (small beach at low tide). Island Pizza Kitchen Pizza

Casual pizza place (rather than haute cuisine Italian)  right on Beverley's Beach. Perfect spot for a relaxing beer or glass of wine to watch the famous Taveuni sunsets.
