Des Voeux Peak

Des Voeux Peak is Taveuni's second-highest mountain. With excellent views on a clear day of Lake Tagimaucia and across to the Lau Group if islands. Des Voeux peak has spectacular birdlife and flora. Orange breasted Doves, Silktails, fern tails and Parrots are just a few surprises.

There is a track to the top which can be traversed by 4WD.
